When we went home last weekend, my Mom made this for us for breakfast and I have been thinking about it ever since! She used greek yogurt, which I am now highly addicted to! I could eat this all day long!

yum yum! unfortunately every greek yogurt i have tried back here in the states just doesn't measure up to the real stuff. wish i could somehow figure out how to have it shipped here!
