A Few Firsts

At the doctor's office!
Round 2-Bathtime!
A few firsts for Simon...OK, so he hated his first bath. He screamed the whole time, so we tried again the next day, thinking he would be in better spirits. He wasn't. Some people just don't like the water! He also had his first doctor's appointment yesterday and he did great! He did pee on the nurse, but she has to expect that! The doctor said that he looks great, and Max and Annabelle were glad that they weren't there to get shots!

Happy Birthday, Cheech!

I know this is mean-my Dad made me do it!

Happy Birthday, Chi Chi! We went to the new Benihana's for my Mom's birthday-it was so much fun! Simon was a trooper and didn't even mind the noise! It was a fun night to be together!

Our Blonde Panamanian

Our little Panamanian is officially in the process of becoming a U.S. citizen! This was his first outing, to the embassy to file our papers so he can go home for Christmas! Maybe I will post his passport picture-too cute!

A Full House

My parents and sister were here for Thanksgiving, so we had a great time! We even had a Greenberg smoked turkey from Tyler! We were so thankful to have our family here with us!

The Scoop at 38 weeks!

A quick baby update...we went to the doctor yesterday and I am dilated to a 1. I feel so different with this baby than the other 2. I feel contractions all day and they hurt! I don't remember that from before! After making cookies for our doctor and doing some begging, she will induce me Saturday morning if we don't have him before! We are thrilled! I will be 39 weeks, a week early. We are depending on the Lord for everything during this time and so thankful that He is always with us-no matter what happens! What an intimate Savior we have! Stay tuned for more...

Dinner at Dodd's

Our friend, Dodd, made us dinner last night! All the boys were wearing camo and grey t-shirts, so we had to take a picture! Sissy makes herself at home wherever she goes...

The Baby Shower

Me and Abi, Max's teacher!
Notice the ducky cake that Jana made for the kids!
This is my friend, Genise, who drove an hour to come to the shower!

The baby shower last week was so wonderful! Here in Panama, you usually don't open presents at a party, (birthdays, showers, whatever), so it was a prayer shower and I took the presents home! I felt so loved and cared for because of the shower...we prayed for the baby, the future, the family, everything! The kids loved helping me open the presents the next day, and they even got their own cake! Here are just a few pictures...
