I don't know why I have never made macaroni and cheese myself. I am constantly looking for recipes that the kids won't complain about, and they love the boxed stuff, so I tried PW's recipe last night and it was SO easy and way better! The kids thought I was the best mom ever, and I'll take all the encouragement I can get! Plus, the possibilities are endless with the cheese combinations you can try! Next time I will try this recipe and see how it fares!
